Resources

If you're new — or you're helping someone who is.

A few starting points. No judgment, no pressure. Anyone is welcome to simply walk in during open hours and have a cup of coffee.

A note on anonymity. The Fort Recovery honors the anonymity traditions of every fellowship that meets here. Photography, recording, and use of last names are not permitted on the premises. Who you see here, what you hear here — when you leave here, let it stay here.

About Us

An independent home for recovery, near where it's needed most.

A clubhouse, not a back room — in Northern Colorado, supporting every path of recovery.

The Fort Recovery is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing a safe, accessible, and welcoming meeting and gathering space in Northern Colorado. Its mission is to foster connection, host essential recovery meetings, and support individuals on their journey to overcome addiction.

We are not affiliated with AA, NA, CA, Al-Anon, or any other entity. We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating a clubhouse, supported by users, groups, individuals, and businesses who believe in the work of recovery. Contributions are tax-deductible.

Most recovery meetings rely on borrowed space — church basements, library back rooms, rented hours. The Fort exists to be a permanent, dependable home for those meetings.
